Description

American Traveler is hiring a General Diagnostic Ultrasound Technologist with 5+ years experience and double ARDMS registry in General Abdomen and Vascular/OB-GYN to work independently on a variable schedule.

Details

• Diagnostic imaging department performing general ultrasound and vascular sonography
• Scope includes general abdominal, OB/GYN, and small parts ultrasound exams as well as vascular studies
• Variable shift schedule
• 13-week assignment
• Must be able to work independently without direct supervision

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
• Active state license required if applicable
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS certifications may be required
• Double registered with ARDMS in General Abdomen (AB) and Vascular (RVT) required
• Additional ARDMS registries in OB/GYN, Breast, or Neuro may be required
• ARRT certifications in Radiography, Mammography, CT, MRI, or Nuclear Medicine may be required
• RDCS certification in Adult, Fetal, or Pediatric Echocardiography may be required
• Must be able to work independently

Additional Information

• Works as a double registered technologist covering multiple ultrasound specialties
