Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a NICU position requiring a CA RN license and at least 3 years of NICU experience.
Details
- Work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of a hospital environment
- Level II and III NICU setting
- Cares for neonates across a range of gestational ages, including those under 24-28 weeks, 29-34 weeks, and over 34 weeks
- Patient ratio of 1:2
- Day shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
- Rotating weekend shifts required
- Required to attend high-risk deliveries
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required (AHA or ARC)
- Minimum of 3 years of NICU experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Experience attending high-risk deliveries required
- Charge nurse experience preferred
- Experience with stable NRP preferred
