Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical Surgical unit position requring at least 1 year of recent experience, BLS/ACLS certificationications, and a TN or compact RN license.

• Work on a 36-bed Medical Surgical unit (Unit/Floor 3)

Requirements

• Active RN license (TN or Compact) currin hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications with allALC ALC modules required
• No least 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience required
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• No cannot expire within the first 30 days of start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide total patient care to Medical Surgical patients with a typical ratio of 6:1 to 7:1
• 36-bed unit using Cerner EMR
• Royal blue scrubs required
• May be required to float to other units
• No call responsibilities
• No block or 48-hour scheduling
• Every other weekend shift required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Travelers who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years will not be considered
• First-time travelers may be considered
