Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a long-term outpatient assignment requiring an active PT license and setting-specific experience.

Details

Outpatient physical therapy setting
5x8 day shifts, 40 hours per week, AM shift with 30-minute meal break
No on-call requirements
Uses InSync EMR system

Requirements

Active PT license required (compact license accepted to start, full state license must be acquired while on assignment)
Experience in the outpatient setting required
1 professional reference required
SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

Equipment and dress code details will be provided during the interview and first day
Parking information will be provided on the first day
Candidates with prior PRN or perm employment at this facility must have a one-year separation before returning as a traveler
