American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN for field visits in Alameda or Contra Costa County, requiring an active CA RN license and 1 year of home health experience.

Details

Home Health field position covering Alameda or Contra Costa County
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Weekend work required as needed
No on-call responsibilities
Uses Kinnser/WellSky charting system with training provided

Requirements

Active CA RN license required in hand at time of consideration
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
OASIS experience required

Additional Information

Provide field-based home health nursing care to patients in their homes
