Description
American Traveler is hiring a Travel MRI Technologist for a Days shift assignment requiring 2+ years of experience and ARRT certification.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting within the MRI department
- Day shift schedule with 2x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Uses EPIC EMR system
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in MRI
- Current ARRT certification required
- License required if applicable
- Must be able to perform minor nursing skills including IV starts and discontinuation
- Ability to provide diagnostic MRI scans for radiologist interpretation and assist with special MRI procedures
Additional Information
- Provide diagnostic MRI scans for interpretation by radiologist
- Assist radiologist in performance of special MRI procedures
- Deliver patient care essential to MRI scan procedures
- Black scrub color required
- Facility is an acute care hospital and the only Level III Trauma Center between St. Louis and Jefferson City
- Facility is designated as a Level II Stroke Center and Level II STEMI Center
- Up to 5 days of RTO allowed but must be made up during the assignment
- Accepts local candidates
