Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology/Cardiology X-Ray Technologist with 2+ years of experience and proficiency in C-Arm and O-Arm systems for a 13-week assignment at a Level I trauma teaching hospital.
Details
- Work across adult acute care, outpatient, operating room, and mobile/surgical settings
- Day shift, 4x10 hour shifts from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM
- 13-week assignment length
- Uses GE equipment and O-Arm technology
- Epic charting system experience preferred
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an X-Ray Technologist
- Current BLS and ARRT (R) certification required
- State license required if applicable
- Proficiency in operating C-Arm and O-Arm systems required
- Teaching hospital experience required
- Level I trauma center experience required
- Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will be considered for this position
- Two professional references required, with at least one from a manager, director, or supervisor; a Charge RN is acceptable as the second reference; coworker references are not accepted
- Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment after being away from the facility for 6 months or more
- Current employees are ineligible to be hired as a traveler at this facility
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
- RTO must be requested at time of submission and built into the contract, limited to 7 days or less
- Candidates must complete Ohio fingerprinting requirements promptly upon signing the contract due to strict compliance timelines
