Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cath Lab RN with coronary and peripheral angiography expertise for a facility requiring on-call availability and weekend coverage. ["Work in the Cath Lab department of a hospital setting","Day shift schedule of 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential slight variations","On-call requirements of 2 days per week and 2 weekends (Friday-Sunday) per month, with opportunity for more","Floating to different units may be required","Uses specialized cath lab equipment including Impella, IABP, Shockwave, Rotablator, Diamondback, temporary pacing, and IVUS"]

Requirements

• Active MO or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience required
• Required experience with coronary and peripheral angiography
• Familiarity with specialized cath lab equipment required for first-time travelers
• Scrubbing experience preferred but not required
• Two professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Unable to accommodate week-long RTO requests around holidays
• First-time travelers accepted if they meet experience and equipment familiarity requirements
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
• Facility may consider candidates with background check disclosures on a case-by-case basis
