Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring 18 months of experience and an active GA or Compact RN license.

Details

• Work on the Med/Surg Telemetry unit of a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule: 3x12s, 36 hours per week
• 12-hour shifts with a 30-minute meal break
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 18 months of RN experience required
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated from the health system for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests not falling on or near a holiday are limited to a maximum of 5 days
• RTO requests falling on or near a holiday are limited to a maximum of 3 days
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment
