Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift assignment requiring an active IL RN license and at least 2 years of experience.

Details

Busy Labor and Delivery unit including Antepartum and OB ED areas
Facility includes a Level III NICU
May occasionally float to related OB areas such as Mother Baby
Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
13-week assignment length

Requirements

Active IL RN license required
BLS and ACLS certification (AHA) required
NRP certification (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics) required
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start required
Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start required

Additional Information

Provide skilled nursing care within a high-acuity Labor and Delivery setting supporting antepartum, OB emergency, and NICU-adjacent care
Holiday coverage required as part of rotation schedule
Radius rule applies which may affect eligibility for travel rate; local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate
