Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring at least 1 year of ER experience and TNCC/ENPC certification.

Details

• Emergency Room unit with 12 beds
• Staffing includes charge nurse plus 4 core staff on both day and night shifts
• Patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:5
• Cares for patients across the full lifespan, from birth to end of life
• Uses GE equipment and Expanse EMR
• Shift schedule is 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Rotating weekends required
• No on-call requirements
• No floating required

Requirements

• Active RN license (TX or Compact) required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Royal blue scrubs required

• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as no local candidates will be considered
