Description
American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for an Inpatient Rehab position requiring 2 years of experience and a TN or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in a 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
- Rehab Nursing IRF unit treating stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury patients
- Patient ratios vary up to 1:7
- Uses Cerner EHR
- Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
- Weekend rotation required every other weekend
- No call requirements
- No floating requirements
Requirements
- Active RN license (TN or compact) currently in hand
- Current BLS certification required
- AHA certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Rehab experience preferred
- Experience with CVA, multitrauma, fractures, transplant, and cardiac diagnoses preferred
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide nursing care within a comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation program
- Calm and friendly personality fit preferred by the unit
- Royal blue scrubs required
- Report time is 7pm
- Onsite parking garage available
- Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility
- Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Cannot be employed elsewhere full-time while on assignment
