Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 3+ years of independent scanning experience and NY state licensure with injection privileges.
Details
- Work in the MRI department of a 450-bed hospital
- Perform routine MRI exams on inpatient, ICU, and ER patients
- Use 3T Siemens Skyra and 1.5T Siemens Symphony scanners
- Not responsible for breast, cardiac, or prostate MRI exams
- Utilizes Epic EMR
- Monday through Friday schedule, preferred shift 5:00 PM-1:00 AM or 4:00 PM-12:00 AM
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of MRI experience with ability to scan independently
- ARRT certification preferred or ARMRIT certification accepted
- Current BLS certification required
- Valid NY state license with injection privileges
- License required if applicable
- Current COVID vaccination card required for consideration
- Professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- Responsible for performing routine MRI scans on a variety of inpatient and emergency patient populations
