Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring a Montana or compact license and EPIC charting experience.

Details

• Cardiac Cath Lab unit within a hospital setting
• 4x10 hour day shifts
• Uses EPIC charting system
• Call required one night per week and one weekend per month, with additional call assigned as needed based on department needs
• May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications

Requirements

• Active RN license (Montana or compact) required, no pending licenses accepted
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required, must not expire prior to start
• ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required as appropriate for unit or service
• ASN required, BSN preferred
• 1 year of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab required
• EPIC charting experience required
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions per state Board of Nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient nursing care
• Perform health teaching, health counseling, and therapy/treatment supportive to patient well-being
• Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Former Intermountain permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year to be eligible
