Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with EPIC experience for a day shift position at a critical access hospital.

Details

  • Outpatient Physical Therapy unit
  • Day shift, 4x10s schedule, Saturday through Tuesday, 7:30am to 6pm
  • No call requirements
  • EPIC EMR experience required

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if licensed on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
  • 2 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
  • Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice required
  • License required if applicable
  • CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor required
  • EPIC experience required

Additional Information

  • Plans and conducts treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
  • Serves as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
  • Completes evaluations and establishes individualized treatment and discharge plans
  • Supervises assigned assistants
  • Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
  • Located in a small coastal town offering access to redwood forests, beaches, and outdoor recreation
  • Accepts local candidates with no radius rule; local rates match travel rates
  • Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off will be automatically declined
