Description
American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a home health position serving patients throughout the Dayton, Ohio area on a full-time, Monday through Friday schedule.
Details
- Home health setting serving patients in Springfield, South Charleston, and North Lewisburg, Ohio
- Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
- Day shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8 hours)
Requirements
- Current OT license required if applicable
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with any gaps explained required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes
- Quick start candidates will be considered
- Minimum lead time of 1.5 weeks (10 calendar days) from booking to start required to allow for credentialing and compliance
- All time off or scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
