Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring an active CA RN license and EPIC EMR experience.
Details
- Cath Lab unit within an acute care hospital setting
- Variable shift schedule, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Uses EPIC EMR
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS)
- BSN preferred
- Acute care facility experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab experience required
- Recent experience within the specialty in the last 3 months required
- EPIC EMR experience required
Additional Information
- Deliver coordinated nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide safe, healing, and humane care
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Delegate and coordinate duties among nursing staff and healthcare team members
- Provide health education to patients, families, and treatment team members
- All required vaccinations must be up to date as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered
- Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel candidates with no radius restriction
- Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will not be considered
- Candidates with any prior licensure action will not be considered
