Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ER RN for a night shift position at a critical access medical center along the Oregon coast, requiring EPIC experience and current ACLS/BLS certification.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department of a 25-bed critical access medical center
• Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36-48 hours per week
• EPIC experience required

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Oregon
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 3 years of recent ER experience, within the last 3 months
• BSN and acute care facility experience preferred
• EPIC charting experience required and must be documented in employment history

Additional Information

• Deliver coordinated nursing care using the full nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Supervise and direct various levels of nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, humane, and effective care
• Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning
• All required vaccinations must be up to date as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will be automatically declined
• Candidates with any prior adverse action on their license will not be considered
• Local candidates are accepted with no radius restriction, and local pay rates match travel rates
