Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 12hr night shift travel assignment requiring active MA RN licensure and prior travel nursing experience.

Details

• Emergency Department unit within a hospital setting
• 12hr night shifts, 7pm-7:30am
• Rotating weekends every other week
• No block scheduling permitted
• EPIC EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Active or conditional MA RN license, verified via a current NURSYS report showing all past and present licenses
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department specialty
• Acute care experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• 2 recent manager/supervisor references from the same specialty required
• Skills checklist matching specialty required
• Driver's license with address matching demographics required
• Flu vaccine required during flu season

Additional Information

• Must work every other major holiday
• Scrubs may be any color
• Bi-weekly orientation schedule
• RTO must be submitted at time of consideration and cannot exceed 5 days; not guaranteed after confirmation
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
• Local candidates within 50 miles accepted at a reduced local rate
