Description
American Traveler is seeking a GI Lab RN with a CA RN license, ACLS/PALS/BLS certification, and call coverage availability.
Details
- Work in the GI Lab unit
- Day shift schedule (5x8 hours), 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
- 13-week assignment length
- Call requirement of 1-2 weekday calls per week
- Additional requirement of 1 weekend regular shift plus call every 8 weeks
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required, with Nursys verification uploaded within the last 2 weeks
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA or ARC only)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- 2 professional references obtained within the last year required for consideration
Additional Information
- Local candidates accepted at local rate
- 50-mile radius rule applies
- No separation time required for returning staff or travelers, though former manager's name must be provided on application
- Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract
- Only 1 holiday may be requested off per contract
- Holiday coverage required for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
- Holiday periods begin at 7:00 PM the night before and end at 7:00 AM the day after the holiday
- Lab work must be completed within 3-5 days of contract signing
- 7-year work history verification required for all candidates
