Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Progressive Care Unit with at least 2 years of specialty experience and required BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
Details
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
- 12-hour day shifts, schedule varies between 7a-7:30p
- 3 shifts per week, 36 guaranteed hours weekly
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty required
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) plus 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- RTO requests must be submitted upfront prior to offer and cannot be requested after
- Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
- Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
