Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Mother Baby unit requiring recent specialty experience and NRP certification.
Details
- 40-bed Family Centered Care Mother Baby unit in a facility performing about 4,000 deliveries per year
- 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week, schedule varies 7a-7p
Requirements
- Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
- Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the Mother Baby specialty required
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
- Returning perm staff must have at least a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
- RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
