Description

American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring 18 months of ICU experience and an active Ohio or compact RN license.

Details

• ICU unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license or active compact state license in hand
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent ICU experience required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the ICU specialty required (co-worker references not accepted)
• All certifications must be active and in hand; pending certifications not accepted

Additional Information

• Travelers will complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation, with up to 2 attempts allowed to pass
• PBDS assessment is waived
• Expected to work every other holiday
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical/religious exemptions only
• Background check hits are reviewed, but open cases will not be accepted
• No license hits accepted
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent or per diem employees cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
• First-time travelers are not being considered for this role
