Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring a Compact or AL RN license and at least 1 year of recent experience.

Details

Med/Surg unit within a hospital setting
Patient ratio of 6:1
Day shift schedule from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
Every other weekend required
Cerner EMR experience preferred

Requirements

Active Compact or AL RN license required, no Nursys hits allowed
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience required
No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start
No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

Scrub color requirement: Royal/Galaxy Blue
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Local candidates will not be considered
RTO requests must be less than 1 week
Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
