Description

American Traveler is looking for an outpatient Physical Therapist with 1+ years of experience to join a collaborative rehabilitation team in a regional healthcare setting.

Details

• Outpatient setting only
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch, adjustable to 9:00 AM-5:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM for a 36-hour workweek
• 36-40 hours per week
• Patient care includes 1-hour evaluations and 45-minute daily treatment sessions
• Patient population focuses on orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and work-related injuries
• Referrals come from orthopedic surgeons, family practice providers, and the acute care team

Requirements

• Active state PT license required
• License required if applicable
• 1+ years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

• Joins a collaborative rehabilitation team of four physical therapists, two occupational therapists, and a speech therapist
• Position covers for a retiring PT at a regional healthcare provider serving a smaller community and surrounding towns
