Description
American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for an Emergency Department position requiring an active MA RN license and prior ED experience.
Details
- Work in the Emergency Department of a 183-bed regional hospital
- 13-week assignment on a 12-hour night shift schedule
- Shift runs from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week
- No floating or charge nurse responsibilities required
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred, Associate's degree candidates will be considered
- Epic EMR experience required
- COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed)
Additional Information
- Perform patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes
- Must complete pass/fail Tele/ECG and medication testing
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Previous employees of any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility must have a 6-month break in service before returning
- First-time travelers will be considered for this position
