Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring at least 2 years of experience and prior travel experience.
Details
- Cath Lab setting within a hospital
- Adult patient population (18+)
- Performs procedures involving Impella, Pacer, ICD Implant, Shockwave, and Penumbra devices
- Uses Cerner/Merge EMR system
- 8-hour day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
- On-call responsibilities required
- Weekend work required
- No block schedule offered; must be flexible to meet unit staffing needs
- Unit determines the schedule
Requirements
- Active RN license (TN or Compact) required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
Additional Information
- Surgical scrubs provided by facility
- No time off approved from 9/19 through 10/17 due to Epic Go-Live
- Orientation limited to specific dates: 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/12, or 10/19
- Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
- 75-mile radius rule applies for travel rate eligibility
