Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment offering rotating weekend shifts and requiring a minimum of 2+ years of experience.

Details

• Work on an 18-bed Medical Surgical Combination unit
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Uses Meditech EHR
• 12-hour shifts, alternating between 7a-7p and 7p-7a rotations
• Rotating weekend requirement
• No call requirements
• Floating required

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required, 5 years preferred
• Med/Surg experience required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• Active Nursys license verification required at time of consideration

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric Med/Surg patients
• Team player with willingness to take ownership of the role
• Royal blue scrub color required
• Cannot be within 60 miles of the facility to be eligible for this position
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full-time
