Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a compact or IA RN license and at least one year of ED experience.
Details
- Work in the Mercy Main Emergency Department of a hospital setting
- 13-week assignment with a night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Requirements
- Active RN license (Compact or IA)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA) required (ENPC accepted in place of PALS)
- TNCC and NIHSS certifications preferred
- License and Nursys verification required, dated within 30 days of start
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department
- First-time travelers may be considered
- Local candidates are not accepted for this facility
- Candidates must reside more than 90 miles from the facility to be eligible
- COVID vaccination documentation required for consideration
