Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring 3+ years of IR experience and neuro stroke experience.

Details

• 13-week assignment in the Interventional Radiology department
• 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• On-call required for 2 weekends and 15 shifts
• Uses Cerner EMR

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license free of disciplinary action required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (AHA only)
• Minimum 3 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
• Neuro stroke experience required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Two manager or supervisor references preferred, verifying experience within the last 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer

Additional Information

• Deliver competent, age-appropriate patient care in accordance with licensure and regulatory requirements
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, including review of systems, with appropriate documentation
• Complete admission assessments within established policy timeframes
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
