Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Dept position requiring 2+ years of ER experience and MI licensure.

Details

• Work in a 24/7 emergency department offering care ranging from minor injuries to life-threatening trauma
• Facility provides 24-hour specialty support in Heart & Vascular Services, Neurosciences, Radiology, Anesthesiology, and Surgery
• Night shift schedule from 3p-3a on 12-hour shifts, 72 hours per pay period
• Variable weekend rotation with holiday coverage required
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active Michigan RN license required at time of submission
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), PALS, and TNCC
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience required
• Skills checklist completed within one year of application required
• LARA and Nysys license verification required

Additional Information

• Provide emergency care for patients ranging from minor injuries to critical trauma cases
• Strict attendance policy in place; more than 3 instances of absence or tardiness of 20+ minutes may result in immediate termination
• Travel experience preferred but not required
• No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested during the contract
• Full-time McLaren employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of their employment end date
