Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of skilled home health experience to serve patients in Mt. Angel, OR and surrounding areas.

Details

• Home health setting covering Northern Territory including Woodburn, Mt. Angel, Aurora, Molalla, Gervais, and Silverton
• Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts (5x8), no 4x10 or 3x12 options
• Visits up to 6 patients per day on a 1:1 basis with a standard of 30 productivity points
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• No floating between units required
• Uses Epic Remote Client for documentation on laptop and Rover phone app, with OASIS charting

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• BLS certification required
• Compact state license required, must be in hand at time of consideration
• License required if applicable
• Must have own reliable transportation
• OASIS documentation experience required
• Epic charting experience preferred

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include providing skilled physical therapy visits to a geriatric and orthopedic patient population in a home health setting
• Travel routes are grouped to minimize drive time, with occasional daily radius up to 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time)
• Business casual attire required; scrubs permitted but not mandatory, no jeans
• Free parking and IRS standard mileage reimbursement provided
• Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster required
• First-time travelers are accepted for this role
• Local candidates within a 50-75 mile radius are accepted at the same pay rate
• Former employees may return as travelers after a 3-month waiting period
• Two supervisory references required, covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years
