Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Step Down/PCU Nights position requiring 2+ years of experience and multiple certifications.
Details
- Step Down/PCU unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Patient ratio of 5:1
Requirements
- Active RN license (MS or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (PALS may be obtained within first 3 weeks of start)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Step Down/PCU nursing required
- No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start
- No employment gaps of 90+ days or more within the past 12 months
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Additional Information
- Royal blue scrubs required
- Provide step-down level care to patients requiring close monitoring
- RTO requests must be less than 1 week
- Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
