Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN for a community hospital setting requiring a Nebraska or compact RN license and rotating weekend shifts.

Details

Med/Surg Tele unit within a community hospital setting
Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Requires working every 3rd weekend

Requirements

Active RN license (Nebraska state or Compact) required
BLS certification required
ACLS certification preferred
TNCC certification required within first two years of employment
PALS and NRP certifications required
NIHSS certification required
Valid driver's license required
Minimum 1 year of full-time nursing experience required
Rural healthcare experience preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution required
EHR experience preferred, with Tru/Bridge/Evident charting system experience preferred

Additional Information

Provide nursing care to Med/Surg and telemetry patients in a community hospital environment
Must reside within a 30-mile radius, though local candidates are also accepted
First-time travelers may be considered for this position
