Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a GA or compact RN license and prior travel experience preferred.

Details

• Emergency Department setting within a hospital
• Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
• 30-minute meal break included per shift
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required in hand
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• Strict RTO policies apply, allowing a maximum of 5 days off when not near a holiday or 3 days when requested near a holiday
• Only one holiday time-off request is permitted per assignment
