Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a Level III NICU/PICU night shift position requiring 2+ years of experience.

Details

• Level III NICU and PICU setting within a respiratory care unit
• May float to Adult ICU, ED, Med/Surg/Tele, and General Pediatrics units
• Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required (must be AHA)
• NRP must be AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics Neonatal Resuscitation Program
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to assignment start
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy care to critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients
• Work as part of a NICU/PICU respiratory care team
• Accepts local candidates, though a radius rule may apply and could affect pay rate
