Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a NICU night shift position requiring active MA licensure.
Details
- Newborn Respiratory unit within a NICU setting
- Night shift schedule of 3 x 12-hour shifts plus 3 call shifts per 6-week rotation
- Shift hours from 18:30 to 07:00
- Uses Epic for charting
Requirements
- Active RRT credential required (NBRC certification)
- BLS certification required (AHA preferred; specific facilities may only accept AHA)
- Active Massachusetts license required at time of consideration; pending or conditional licenses not accepted
- License required if applicable
- Primary source verification of professional license/certification required within 30 days of start
Additional Information
- Provide respiratory care services to newborns in the NICU
- Participate in call rotation as part of the 6-week schedule
- Flu vaccine required during flu season with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
- Local candidates within 60 miles of the facility may be considered at a reduced rate
- Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
