Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN - Operating Room for a hospital surgical services department, requiring an active KY or compact RN license and BLS certification.

Details

• Work within a Surgical Services department that includes Pre-Op, 20 ORs, PACU, Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing
• Provides 24/7 inpatient and outpatient surgical care
• 1st shift schedule, 4x10s from 6:45a-5:15p
• No call requirements

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted KY or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• ADN or ASN required, BSN preferred
• No prior nursing experience required, though previous nursing experience is preferred
• Ability to assess age-specific patient safety issues and implement appropriate safety devices
