Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a night shift 13-week travel assignment requiring 2 years of experience and telemetry background.

Details

• Med-Surg unit with 34 beds
• Patient ratio of 1:6 to 1:7
• Night shift, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• No call requirements
• Floating required
• Uses Cerner EMR
• Royal blue scrubs required

Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start

Additional Information

• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• No local candidates accepted
• RTO requests must be less than one week and submitted in advance
• Block scheduling requests must be discussed with the unit director prior to submission
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
