Description
American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring circulating experience in GEN/GYN/GU/Pedi open and laparoscopic cases.
Details
- Operating Room unit with 9 OR beds
- Day shift schedule with possible shift combinations of 2x12 hrs and 2x8 hrs
- Weekend coverage required on either Saturday or Sunday each week
- On-call duties required for day shift staff
- Night shift coverage is handled by on-call staff only
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a circulating RN in GEN/GYN/GU/Pedi open and laparoscopic cases required
- Robotic surgery experience preferred
- No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Perform circulating RN duties for general, GYN, GU, and pediatric open and laparoscopic surgical cases
- Scrub color required is burgundy with royal blue for RN staff
- Must reside outside a 50 mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
