Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Special Procedures department, requiring at least 1 year of recent experience and an active applicable license.

Details

Works in the Special Procedures (IR) department
8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
13-week contract assignment

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Interventional Radiology/Special Procedures
Active and unrestricted professional license required, if applicable
Certifications accepted from AHA or ARC, with no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start
No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

Does not accept local candidates
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri)

2:1, 1:1 if pt is in active labor they try to follow awhonn standards when possible. Flexible with schedule will do block schedule.

Cons

Only thing they will float travelers to antepartum or assign pp pts on hold in L&D unit more frequently instead of rotating the nurses.
