Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg RN for a day shift position requiring telemetry/stepdown experience and current Epic proficiency.
Details
- Primarily works on the 3 West Comprehensive Medical Unit with occasional floating to other Med-Surg units (Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation)
- Day shift schedule with every other weekend required
- No call requirement
Requirements
- Active OH or Compact RN license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience required
- Must be able to competently read telemetry and will be tested on day one
- Current Epic EMR proficiency required
Additional Information
- Candidates will be tested on telemetry reading skills and Epic proficiency upon starting
- Provide nursing care across Med-Surg patient population with occasional cross-unit floating
- First-time travelers may be considered if they meet the experience and skill requirements
