Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU/CCU RN with a TN or compact license and 3+ years of critical care experience for a night shift travel assignment.

Details

• Work in the ICU/CCU unit of a Level II trauma center
• Serves patients of all ages
• Uses Meditech EMR
• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend coverage required every other weekend
• Floating required as needed
• Call requirements as needed

Requirements

• Active RN license (TN or compact) required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Healthcare Worker Certification (HWC)
• Minimum 3 years of ICU and CCU experience required
• At least 2 completed travel assignments required
• Meditech EMR experience required
• Must pass Tennessee Abuse Registry check prior to start

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing services to ICU/CCU patients of all ages
• Professional, team-oriented personality preferred
• Scrubs of any color accepted, provided attire is professional and non-offensive
• Weekly orientation held on Mondays
• Must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for the travel rate
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full-time
