Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg night shift position requiring WV or compact RN license and 1+ years of experience.
Details
- Medical Surgical Combination unit in an acute care hospital setting
- Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 11-week assignment length
- Every other weekend required
- Facility offers a wide range of surgical services including robotic, spine, orthopedic, vascular, thoracic, cardiology, and trauma/emergency care
Requirements
- Active WV or compact RN license required
- AHA certifications required
- 1+ years of Med/Surg nursing experience required
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
- Active Nursys licensure verification required at time of consideration
Additional Information
- Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg patients in a Joint Commission accredited hospital
- Facility supports nursing and allied health student training programs
- Must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify for the travel rate
- Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment
