Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an IMCU (PCU Step Down) night shift position requiring 2 years of experience and active MI licensure.

Details

• IMCU (PCU Step Down) unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule (23:00 - 07:00)
• Standard contract with 36 expected weekly hours, 13-week assignment
• Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not offered
• Cerner EMR used

Requirements

• Active MI RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of IMCU (PCU Step Down) experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications required
• Prevention First certification required (30-minute on-demand training)
• Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in employment history
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Date of birth required for consideration
• Social Security Number required for consideration (full SSN preferred, last 4 acceptable)

Additional Information

• Provide step-down level nursing care to intermediate care patients
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Keep requested time off (RTO) to less than 7 days
• Change of agency is not permitted once submitted
• Returning permanent employees must obtain approval prior to consideration
