Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring 2+ years of acute care MRI experience and ARRT MR certification.

Details

  • MRI Tech unit supporting adult and pediatric acute care, ICU, and ER patient populations
  • 3x12 hour night shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 19:00 to 07:00
  • No on-call requirements
  • 3 hours of technologist overlap coverage per shift, with an MRI-safety-trained patient transporter available during all shifts
  • Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state
  • Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of MRI experience required
  • Current BLS and ARRT MR certification required
  • Washington State license with MRI designation required (if applicable)
  • Experience with adult and pediatric acute care, ICU, and ER patients required
  • Epic EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers will be considered for this role
  • Minimal to no RTO accommodated during this assignment
  • Former Providence permanent employees must be separated from the health system for at least 3 months and reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
  • Refusal to float between facilities may result in termination of assignment or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
