Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Women & Infant Float Pool position requiring AWHONN Intermediate certification and flexibility to float between Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum units.

- Women & Infant Float Pool position requiring floating between Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum units
- Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 19:00-7:30)
- Call required
- Weekend coverage required
Requirements
- Active OH or compact RN license required
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate
- AWHONN Advanced certification preferred
- EFM experience preferred
- Two professional references required, with at least one from a Manager/Director or formal leadership role and the second acceptable from a Charge RN (no coworker references)
Additional Information
- Provide nursing care across Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum units as part of a float pool role
- Local candidates accepted at the same rate
- Former employees eligible for assignment after being away from the facility for 6 months or more
- RTO must be requested and built into the contract at time of submission, limited to 7 days or less
- Candidates must complete Ohio fingerprinting promptly after signing contract, with urgency required due to compliance deadlines
- First-time travelers may be considered for this position
