Description
American Traveler is hiring a School Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric and adolescent therapy services across multiple school buildings within a district.
Details
- School setting providing services to students in grades K-12
- Patient population includes pediatric and adolescent age groups
- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- 36-40 hours per week
- Travel required between 3 different school buildings within the district, up to 3-5 miles apart
Requirements
- Current BLS certification required
- NBCOT certification required
- License required if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Fieldwork or past experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
Additional Information
- Provide occupational therapy services to students across multiple school buildings
- Opportunity for cross-training and mentoring with two current OTs within the district
- First-time travelers will be considered
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
