Description
American Traveler seeks a Speech Language Pathologist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel assignment at an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital.
Details
- 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
- Treats patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Weekends on request
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- AHA certifications required
- Active state licensure required if applicable
- Active Nursys/licensure status required at time of consideration
Additional Information
- Deliver individualized rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs
- Support comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs aimed at maximizing patient health, function, and quality of life
- Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
