Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor and Delivery RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring an active OH or compact RN license.

Details

Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting
Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
May be floated to another unit or care site within the health system if operational needs require it
May be reassigned to a different shift within the same week to maintain contracted hours

Requirements

Active OH or compact RN license required
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
NRP certification required for RNs working in the Birth Center
License verification must be dated within 30 days of start

Additional Information

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit
Local candidates accepted in Ohio at local pay rates
Radius rule of 60 miles applies for eligibility at this location

The staff in imaging are great people. Truly enjoyed working with them.

Cons

The higher ups wanted me to do an extension (that I was happy to do) at a significant pay decrease. Wouldn't even consider paying me the same as my first contract.
